Sally has led comprehensive service training programmes for several of Indispensable Solutions’ clients including The Savoy, The Lister Hospital, Bents Garden & Home, the Royal Garden Hotel and Ed’s Easy Diner. She is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 25 years of experience in organisational development, employee engagement, human resources and coaching.

Sally has a passion for people and believes that with the appropriate motivation, leadership and nurturing, clients can transform their businesses through superior service. Sally’s enthusiasm for coaching and development led her to start ZFL (Zest For Life) in 2009, a consultancy that inspires and provokes people to think beyond their current performing reality to transform their business.

Prior to starting ZFL, Sally spent six years with Jumeirah Carlton Tower in London overseeing all HR, Training, Learning and Development for a team of 450 employees. She was instrumental in developing a customer-service focused culture for the business and led the group to winning the 2010 Catey Award for HR Team of the Year. She was also responsible for implementation of an innovative service culture for 500 employees at The Savoy. Sally began her career in hospitality, with 13 years’ experience working in-house in human resources and training.

Sally holds a host of training, coaching and engagement qualifications including CIPD, ICF, NEBS Owner Manager and several Franklin Covey programme certificates. These advanced qualifications, combined with her natural ability to communicate and motivate, Sally is committed to making a positive and personal impact for her clients.

Sally’s enthusiasm and drive for people transcends her professional career and she dedicates her free time as a Trustee for Radio Lollipop, a charity that provides care, comfort, play and entertainment for sick children in hospital.
