Rosie has worked with Indispensable Solutions since its inception and has been instrumental in developing culture and service training programmes for clients including Vertu, DeBeers, Harrods, HCA Private Hospitals and KX Private Members Club.

Rosie is a seasoned organisational development consultant with over 25 years of international experience working at regional and corporate levels for large international and small independent companies. In addition Rosie has worked with several of the world’s most esteemed hospitality brands including Mandarin Oriental, One&Only and InterContinental.

She is passionate about empowering people and organisations to realise their performance potential and is dedicated to ‘what works’ as opposed to ‘what should work’, a pragmatic approach valued by her clients. Rosie’s approach is to build productive working relationships with senior executives and managers to help them find people and organisational development solutions aligned to their strategic plans.

Rosie began her hospitality training and development career in the UK, before moving to the West Indies, and then to Middle East and Africa, where she became responsible for multiple hotel brands and over 14,000 employees in 18 countries. This experience gave her a unique ability to inspire and motivate highly diverse teams in very different cultural environments. She established her own consultancy business in 2003, working with clients in the Middle East, Asia and Europe, and expanded her career to other industries, including luxury retail brands.

With a solid background in learning and development, Rosie’s areas of expertise include performance management processes and skills, establishing strong internal training cultures, customer service training, and importantly, successful implementation and performance measurement.

Working with Indispensable Solutions, Rosie remains client and customer focused and uses her strengths in communication, creativity and planning to help clients achieve their service goals.
