Eva has more than 15 years of operational and learning and development experience working for luxury hospitality brands such as Hyatt International, Mandarin Oriental and InterContinental.

Eva is passionate about delivering training that is memorable, engaging and participative to ensure that clients are able to authentically apply their learning in the workplace. With Indispensable Solutions, Eva develops bespoke training solutions and is quickly able to identify and establish operational and learning and development needs.

Eva is fluent in English, French and German and began her career working in hospitality operations with Hyatt and Mandarin Oriental. This experience gives her a hands-on understanding of how line level employees are most effectively motivated and engaged. She trains from a place of true understanding and knowledge.

During her time with Mandarin Oriental, Eva and her team were awarded ‘Best Talent Development’ in 2011 for her work at the brand’s Hyde Park London hotel, reaching more than 600 employees. During this time she was responsible for piloting a new global training programme for the Mandarin Oriental brand in addition to training for the newly opened Bar Boulud restaurant and One Hyde Park luxury residences.

Eva is a certified facilitator and accredited trainer with a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management. Her areas of speciality include: leadership, management and supervisory development; customer service training; online based training; performance management; interviewing skills; presentation skills and train the trainer.

Eva uses her enthusiasm, energy and positive attitude to help Indispensable Solutions’ clients reach their service goals. She remains actively engaged in the hospitality industry and continually refines her learning, training and engagement skills to remain at the forefront of her practice.
