Concetto Marletta is the Founder and Director of Indispensable Solutions, the global brand service provider and bespoke luxury service consultancy.

With over 20 years of experience in the world of luxury and an unrivalled background in guest relations, operations management and service expertise, Concetto’s inspiring career has included executive experience with some of the most prestigious brand names in the hospitality arena – at Claridge’s, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, The Dorchester Collection and Bulgari Hotels and Resorts.

Concetto’s introduction to the hospitality industry started at a young age working in his summer holidays as a page-boy in his Sicilian homeland and later, as a teenager, in small London hotels where he learned and honed his English language skills.

In his early twenties Concetto moved to London and secured his first job at Claridge’s. It was not long before he earned a promotion to Guest Relations and his debut experience in managing the requirements of visiting Royalty, Heads of State and the British and European aristocracy who made the iconic Mayfair hotel their London home.

In 1998 Concetto was offered the position of Executive Assistant Manager, Client Relations at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park for the opening of their new London hotel. During this pre-opening period Concetto spent time in Asia visiting Mandarin Oriental’s flagship properties in Hong Kong, China and Bangkok to learn the valuable nuances of a global operation. He took that knowledge back to London to create a team of professionals that could efficiency and elegantly service the corporate clients and celebrities that Mandarin Oriental attracted.

In 2005 Concetto was offered a position as Head of Client Services in the new management team at The Dorchester. This was at a time of great change and expansion in the luxury property as, until his appointment, the hotel had not employed guest relations staff. Concetto was ultimately responsible for the successful development and implementation of a guest relations department dedicated to delivering the service excellence for which The Dorchester is renowned.

Concetto’s vocational expertise in luxury service was called upon once again by Bulgari Hotels and Resorts to develop and train the Guest Service and Concierge teams for the opening of their London hotel in 2012.

After a career spanning over two decades in some of the finest hotel in the world, the demand for Concetto’s insight as a travel and lifestyle advisor was becoming a personal priority and in 2010 he opened Indispensable Solutions, his own luxury service consultancy. With the ultimate ‘little black book’ of personal contacts and the most sought after connections in travel, fashion, entertainment, property and the arts, Concetto’s reputation as London’s most pre-eminent lifestyle consultant was now firmly established.

Today, Concetto manages a growing portfolio of Indispensable Solutions luxury service and bespoke training consultancies for global hotel groups and luxury brands.
